How long is the contract?

1 year contract with a 6 month minimum

Do you offer toll free numbers to rent?

Yes. Toll free numbers are available to rent for a monthly fee plus the cost of usage occurred on the line

Are all your agents centrally located within the physical location of your ProTel office?

Yes, which allows us a better opportunity to help ensure quality performance of our employees

Can you send me a list of your pricing/rates?

We prefer to speak with you directly to thoroughly assess your call center needs and build a proposal that is catered to your company’s specific needs.

How long will it take to setup services with you?

On average once we receive the signed contract and account information needed for programming, we are ready for you to forward within 3 business days.

Can I manage my messages and on call online?

Yes. We provide you with a secure and unique login that allows you access to our online portal where you can manage your call schedule and view, print or email your messages.

Do you provide call forwarding, or do I have to contact my phone company for that service?

Call forwarding is a feature offered through your phone provider. In order to forward one of your business lines to us, you will need to have call forwarding on that line. Our sales officer can assist you with how to go about this process.

What if I don’t have a designated line for my company yet?

We can issue you a line and answer it 24/7 as a virtual receptionist. There will be a monthly fee for the rental/advertising of that line.

Do you have pagers we can rent or buy?

No.

Can I change my rate plan without there being a penalty fee?

Yes. You are in a contract for service with us. However, we can adjust your rate plan per your request and after review of your account without a penalty charge being encountered.

What if I have a unique service I am in need of that isn’t listed under your services that you provide?
